Returns & Exchanges Policy: U.S.A

  We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Splash Jewels. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement or a return. You may return item(s) within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping fees. We are unable to refund original shipping fees on any order. If orders have duties that have been incurred, customers are responsible for paying these fees and we are unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

  Our policy is 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note: All item(s) will have a restocking fee of $5 or 10% whichever is greater. Personalized, special order, engraved pieces or sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange. We ask that the product(s) be unused, and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags are attached, original packaging is intact, with all original paperwork, parts and accessories and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry, in order to ensure full credit. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country. To start an exchange or return please fill out this form.

  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gift Cards, some health and personal care item(s) or sale merchandise are not eligible for return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item(s) that are returned after our policy of 7 days. In certain situations, we will provide a pre-paid label to return your purchase, via email. In rare situations, we will require you to cover the shipping cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that all item(s) will have a restocking fee of $5 or 10% whichever is greater. In rare situations, if not approved, the email will let you know the options available.

How to package an Item

  1. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all original paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit and in the same condition that you received them.

  2. Ship to: 3109 Grand Ave. #344 Coconut Grove, Fl. 33133

  3. Secure the shipping label securely to the carton. Please make sure that the address to which it will ship is clearly legible. Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1. Check your original form of payment.

2. Contact the payment method company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
